The horses are the stars are our annual, fun one day horse open
house. Think Spring in the Inland Northwest and join our private treaty horse sale and stallion showcase that has fine
quality horses for sale featuring Morgans. All horse breeds are welcome to attend including horses,
minis, ponies, draft, purebreds or part-breds. This is an open house, not a horse auction or horse show so think fun
and join us to network with area horse people with 20+ barns coming in 2008. Think of this as an old fashioned horse
fair to come as you are to buy, sell, see or just play with your horses. See some of the events schedule on page 3 of
this site.

2009 TENTATIVE LOCATION:
Valley Mission Horse Arena, Bowdish and Mission,
E 11123 Mission, Spokane Valley, WA
Just two turns off of I-90. Go down the hill below the senior center.
ARENA DIRECTIONS FROM INTERSTATE
90:
Take I-90 Pines exit, South
on Pines to Mission. Turn right (West) on Mission, arrive at park (just past Bowdish Avenue) on the right at E. 11223
Mission Ave, Spokane Valley, WA. Turn right (North) on Bowdish (no street sign just a dirt road) behind the Senior
Center at the start of the park. Go down the hill behind the park and the senior center to find the horse arena down
below near the freeway. There is NO fairgrounds sign so go down the dirt road heading north of the intersection
at Mission and Bowdish.

Our event in 2008:
All Horse Breeds are Welcome.
Other breeds and part-breds as well grades are welcome to attend. Come bring your horse
and join the fun. We have several breeds on board but we are always looking for more, registered or not. Come
see lovely horses for sale, broke riding horses, weanlings, stallions, mares and more.
$100 Minimum Jackpot Liberty Class:
Any horse entered can join the fun in this class where the horses are free to show themselves off.
It is only a $5 entry fee starting at 2 p.m.. Please be sure to arrive early for good seats or bring your own
chairs. This is always a very popular class for any audience as the audience can get very rowdy rooting for their
favorites. The winner will take home the jackpot so come watch the fun.

As we get our 2008 paid entries for Stallions at Stud, Horses for Sale and Breed Demo Horses (not
for sale) they will be featured on this site as well. We are updating this site almost daily so please check back.

Rescued Dogs on Site Again:
In 2005 through 2008, we have the Dachshund Club
of Spokane members were on-site with their rescued dogs from Dachshund
Rescue NW from Spokane, WA. See cute photos of some needy wieners on this site. The dog rescue volunteers
will be back with their homeless wieners needing a new home. They stay on a horse farm until they find new families.
Did you know that Dachshunds are excellent mouse killers?

Moresian barn, 2 Paso Fino barns, 1 Mini barn, 1 Curlie barn, 4 Quarter Horse barns, 1 Appaloosa barn, 2 Arabian
barns, 8 Morgan barns, 1 Percheron barn and 1 Welsh barn, cob and ponies, already on board our fun annual event
with more breeds entering as they decide to bring horses this spring. Most of our entries come on board in April once
they see who looks nice enough to come in public. Thanks for coming!
2009 Exhibitors:
It is only $35 per horse (trailer tie
with NO other fees!) to enter per horse to enter in 2009 with FREE Play Day Classes so come join
the fun! This event is always FREE for the public to attend so tell your friends, family,
co-workers and neighbors to come learn about horses!
