Thanks to everyone who attended our 3rd annual event. We had 75+ people and 40 dogs attend to play with us for
the day with their fur babies.
Thanks to Carolyn S., Assistant Director of the club and rescue, Jeanette and other club volunteers for the surprise
cake and flowers for me as a thank you for rescuing dogs. That was very sweet of you to do that, but need I remind you
I like being BEHIND the camera? Grins. The cake represented the 300+ dogs that we have adopted at our rescue since
1991 complete with 300 candles! Can you say cake bonfire?
Stay tuned here for funny photos of the Hot Dog Costume Contest for the dogs, bobbing for hot dogs contest for the dogs,
agility and wiener dog races training and other fun games. There were fun door prizes and free prizes for all the winners
of the dog games. Very fun day!
Thanks to Carolyn, Jeanette and family, Steve and Linda, Dawn and Cathey, Carolyn & Drew and all the rest of the
volunteers who helped to make our fun Wienerfest day run very smoothly. I will be happy to list you here if I have
forgtten anyone. Your volunteer help with our large events is always sincerely appreciated.
