Transportation or the "DRNW Wiener Underground"
Now and then we need to transport a dog around the Pacific Northwest to medical care or a new home or to come to
our rescue. If you can help transport any dogs please sign up below. We need details too if you regularly travel
around the Pacific Northwest and have room for a kennel or two and have time to stop for potty breaks. We also pick
up a lot of dogs all over the place so if we could get some help with this part of it that would be greatly appreciated.
Event Volunteers
We plan many promotional
events thoughout the year. We always need help at the fair, parades, etc. If you can work an event please let
us know.
Most of our volunteers are current Dachshund Club of Spokane
members unless providing out of area transporation. We then start all volunteers at our events and once we know that
you can handle all the dogs including the dangerous ones then we move you into other areas of helping. We also make
sure you show up on time and ready to help so we can train you properly.

and just show up to introduce yourself. Once we know you then we will make sure you can handle the dogs then we do more
then just events.
